Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. Creamy horseradish sauce
1/3 Cup Roasted garlic
3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
1 to 2 Tsp. Olive oil
6 Slices (1/2-inch thick) Italian bread
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together horseradish sauce, roasted garlic, chopped chives and 1 Tsp. olive oil, adding a little more oil if necessary so mixture will spread easily. Grill bread slices until toasted, watching carefully so they do not burn. Spread toast with horseradish-garlic mixture and cut in half diagonally. Serve hot as hors d'oeuvres.
