Ingredients:
2 Lobster tails
4 Tbsp. Butter
2 Scallions
2 Tbsp. Horseradish

Instructions:
Have a large pan of water boiling, drop in lobster tails. Cook for approximately 3 minutes. Crack tails and cut the lobster into a heatproof bowl to which the butter, scallions and horseradish has been added. SautŽ for about 5 minutes.
