Beef Cheese Ball
Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
3 tsp horseradish
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg (5 oz) smoked chipped beef
Instructions:
In mixing bowl, blend the first four ingredients. Shape into a ball and set
aside. Divide and tear chipped beef into small pieces and drop into 2 tab. hot
melted butter. Stir just until beef begins to sizzle. Remove from heat. Roll
the cheese ball in the hot beef mixture. Serve with celery sticks and/or crackers.
