Firecracker Salsa
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients:
1 Lg. avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
4 Med. tomatoes, diced
1 ½ Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lime juice
3 Tbsp. roasted garlic flavored olive oil

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.  To blend the flavors, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.  Serve with tortilla chips or the chips of your choice.
